Jordan, my Husband, is a fully qualified chef having gained his certifications in 2011 with over 13 years experience in commercial kitchens. Jordan also holds his Diploma in Event Management making us the perfect duo.
Jordan has gained extensive knowledge and appreciate for fine dining, having worked at Tetsuyas in Sydney and Qualia in Hamilton Island.
